We are currently hiring for a Production Associate to join our dynamic Operations Team! As a Production Associate you will be trained to successfully perform basic machine set up and operation, including camera, profiles and settings.

Reviews job instructions and validates output matches instructions and samples prior to receiving sign off Able to accurately pull and/or validate materials for the job run based on instructions provided Able to make mailing standard quality assessments and to escalate issues, errors and machine anomalies.
Consistently follows standard operating procedures for mail pulls, tray checks, alignment, shift and other issues Reconciles and balances job output for accuracy and quality Accurately stack, tray or palletize finished output and stage finished products Performs machine clean-up/basic maintenance procedures Other department, subdivision duties as assigned Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to retain and present a valid state issued Driver's License or Identification Card in the applicable state of employment at all times Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Demonstrates a can-do team attitude with the ability to take direction and assist others in a professional manner Demonstrated ability to learn new skills & adapt to new work environments Comfortable learning new technology Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal Must be at least 18 years of age All potential employees will be required to successfully pass a comprehensive background check Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day including but not limited to:
Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs.
Frequently and repetitively, walk, stand, stoop, bend and lift Job Type:
