Our role is to provide our personalized service dedicated and ensuring that the Client's experience is enjoyable and our Associates needs are met in a timely fashion. The ideal Support Center Representative candidate is responsible for supporting and representing the company by providing State-of-the-Art customer service to bebe customers, vendors, guests, stores, and associates.
Responsibilities
Assist incoming inquiries via phone and e-mail within the set service level agreement.
Independently resolve escalated customer interactions.
Direct phone calls to the appropriate contact ensuring each caller receives excellent service.
Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system.
Greet guests and associates in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor and facilitate the arrival and departure of bebe guests.
Remain knowledgeable of company direction, department functions, and associate names and responsibilities.
Prepare company directories.
Provide feedback to appropriate individuals or departments.
Support Store Support department with special projects.
Requirements
Provides administrative or technical support at a senior or specialist level. Incumbents are highly proficient in the various competencies relevant to their job. May act as a lead or mentor to more junior technical or administrative support personnel.
Incumbents generally work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 4-7 years of related experience as well as some post secondary education.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
