Bilingual(English & Mandarin) HRBP

The Bilingual HRBP is responsible for fueling the growth of the North American division by finding great people and making the work environment fun and rewarding for the employees.   • Partner with ADP and work with China HQ HR department, to implement protocol and processes that makes the most efficient use of NetEase s global recourses
  • Evaluate studio operations based on industry standard and identify the HR implications of the business as to develop and implement HR solutions that best meet studio s needs
  • Help facilitate conflict resolution to promote a healthy, pleasant work environment with total visibility
  • Establish and refine employee policies and assist the company in promoting NetEase culture
  • Shape the recruiting practices to discover and attract top-tier talent
  • Conduct employee onboarding/exiting processes,
  • Identify employee training needs and introduce training programs to promote long term growth of the studio
  • Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
  • Partner with our Immigration law firm to handle all the visa/immigration sponsorship cases


  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, written and verbal, at the native languages level
  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business or related field
  • 2-5 years experience in Human Resources in a generalist/business partner capacity
  • Deep understanding of the US and California labor laws and HR practices
  • Working knowledge of Global Mobility Solutions, specific on US work visa/immigration sponsorship
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information is a must
  • Experience working with PEO, e. g. ADP, a plus
  • Experience working in the gaming industry a plus
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
