As the Luxury Returns Expediter, you will be responsible for material handling and product expediting for a luxury eCommerce production facility. The job duties will support the Customer Returns team and functions. You will be required to comply with safe handling and care practices of luxury items. Material handling equipment may be used to perform daily functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prep Customer Returns for processing; open boxes, hang garments, consolidate and/or separate product, maintain all customer paperwork together.
  • Sort and unpack Customer Returns.
  • Assist in managing supplies for the Customer Returns team; includes but is not limited to restocking the department with labels, hangers, merchandise containers, assorted racks and cardboard disposal.
  • Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 60 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
  • General warehousing practices; safety and organization, housekeeping and trash removal, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as designated by Returns manager and team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
