Senior Recruiter

CareDx, Inc., headquartered in Brisbane, California, is a molecular diagnostics company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value diagnostic solutions for transplant recipients. CareDx offers products along the pre- and post-transplant testing continuum. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Recruiter to join our team! As our Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for CareDx. Responsibilities: Design and implement overall talent acquisition strategy Source and find candidates qualified for open positions Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast Review employment applications and background check reports Find bottlenecks in recruiting process Perform candidate satisfaction evaluations  Create action plans for improving candidateexperience Suggest measures to improve employee retention Attend career, college fairs, conferences and similar events Determine recruiting KPIs Create and present KPI reports Qualifications: 8 years of experience as a Recruiter or similar senior level HR role At least 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Biotech or Pharma BA or BS in social sciences, sociology, business or a related field; MA in human resources preferred. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
