Position Overview:The Training Manager plays a critical role in serving the Stella & Dot Family of Brands' mission of giving every woman the opportunity of flexible business. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, creating and executing field training with insight into strategy, promotions and communications. Partnering across all departments from technology to sales, he or she will be responsible for the design, development, and management of training to support the success of our Stella & Dot and KEEP fields.  This role requires an action-oriented, exuberant training professional who derives joy from seeing others succeed, is ambitious and gains energy from a busy schedule. The Training Manager will be field obsessed and work to increase the field's engagement level, activity, productivity and retention.  Responsibilities: Own the training lifecycle, including need assessments, content and curriculum development, marketing and communications of programs, participant feedback evaluations, calculating ROI, and tracking analysis and reporting Create clear, effective and compelling training including online and in-person curriculums, printed guides, emails, video scripts, digital notifications and more Develop and manage online training library and training calendar, incorporating company initiatives, reducing friction and keeping the field focused on income producing activities Generate opportunities to improve and simplify processes, and take the initiative in innovative ideas to increase recruitment, retention, revenue and activity of our field Assist in planning and executing content for regional trainings, local opportunity events, leadership conferences and annual conference Champion the Stylist and Designer experience and actively connect with the field Work collaboratively and synergistically with cross-functional teams ensuring flawless execution Stay informed of industry trends and best practices. Serve as a subject matter expert in digital learning trends, training tools and platforms and provide thought leadership in continuously exploring new and innovative approaches. Able to motivate others through communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Fast learner, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver; innovative, thoughtful and eager to learn new things Action oriented, self-starter who is organized and resourceful, with superb attention to detail and without supervision Deals well with ambiguity and is self-managed, works well under pressure Dependable, consistent and poised.  Can follow and give direction well.  A keen interest in direct sales or fashion would be advantageous Education & Experience: Experienced in Adult learning and content and curriculum development Experience in the social selling industry a plus Minimum of 5+ years' experience in the following fields: retail, sales, training, leadership, management Bachelor's Degree in humanities, marketing, communications or business or other relevant preferred Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent problem solving ability and high sense of urgency Excellent communication skills at all levels Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (familiarity with WebEx, Zoom, Wordpress, HTML, InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator skills a plus)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
