Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic,experiencedCFO to join the executive team of Stella & Dot Family of Brands. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multinational, mission driven fashion and beauty company, providing flexible earnings opportunities across our women's lifestyle brands, (KEEP Collective, Stella & Dot, and EVER Skincare) on our innovative social selling platform. As a key member of our executive team,reporting to the CEO, he or she will be comfortable in a broad leadership role that demands a love of people, extraordinary leadership skills and a desire to innovate in a nimble environment. Strategy, Vision and Insight Contribute to the development of Stella & Dot's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies Advise senior management peers on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow and other strategic financial matters Serve as the management liaison to the board and audit committee; effectively communicate and present critical financial matters at board of directors, committee and company meetings Represent the organization externally, as necessary, particularly in banking and finance negotiations Team Development/Leadership Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the finance, accounting, inventory planning and legal teams Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results, giving critical feedback along the way Operations Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financialreporting, helping to drive the company's financial strategy Lead the development and use of best-practice policies and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications,and workflow Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual and long term budgetprocesses Ensure that Stella & Dot is adhering to the strategic plan, delivering status reports to the board Lead the team to provide accurate and timely analysis of budgets, financialreports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO/President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline and advisor on any contracts into which the corporation may enter Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization Evaluate structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as provide individuals with professional and personal growth Qualifications: Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance 15+ years experience, proven success in executive leadership positions, including International experience Leadership skills, with the drive of an entrepreneur Integrity, with a conviction to always do the right thing Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning An open, honest and direct communication style An ability to make swift decisions, set priorities and deliver clear direction Resourcefulness with a bias toward action and results A natural affinity for fun at work and creating a positive team culture CPA a strong plus Knowledge of direct selling a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
