Associate Director, Channel Distribution

Summary The Associate Director, Channel Distribution, is a newly-created role within Aimmune's expanding Commercial organization.  This role is part of the Market Access and Customer Solutions Team, and it will have a tremendous impact in bringing Aimmune's first Characterized Oral Desensitization ImmunoTherapy (CODIT), currently known as AR101, for peanut allergy to patients in need. The Associate Director, Channel Distribution, will lead North American Channel Distribution services, reporting to the Director, Channel Strategy & Patient Support Services.  S/He will work cross-functionally to ensure the distribution model(s) best support access to AR101, while ensuring appropriate customers have access to product acquisition and delivery. This role will work extensively with stakeholders in the Market Access and Customer Solutions Team, particularly the Strategic Accounts Field Team, as CODIT is implemented and AR101 is distributed.  The Associate Director, Channel Distribution, will also partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Insights, and the Customer Field Team to ensure a successful launch and to lay the foundation for successful future launches.  S/He will collaborate closely with members of Accounting, Legal, Finance, and Global Information Systems to streamline acquisition and enhance the customer experience.  Specific Responsibilities: Continually evaluate the launch distribution model for AR101. Identify any necessary changes or adjustments to the strategy, and work closely with internal and external partners to adjust as necessary Oversee management of relationships and contracts with US Distributors, including order management requirements and established service levels Develop and Implement Channel policies and procedures, such as: orders, returns, replacements, credit/rebill requests, inventory, and chargeback processing Partner with Supply Chain to manage product dating and maintain appropriate inventory at 3PLs. Partner closely with the AD, Patient Support Services, to ensure patient needs are met by current Channel design Design and develop data strategies that enable Aimmune to identify trends and opportunities to improve distribution efficiencies and outcomes Work with Business Insights and Finance teams to define and implement data reporting pull-through to ensure information appropriately informs business operations Partner closely with Finance to optimize returns and establish protocols for new customer set-up (including credit limit requests) Provide oversight of the strategy and implementation of channel data and financialreporting requirements with internal and external partners Partner with Aimmune's Legal Team ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulations Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degreerequired 8+ years of working in the pharma/biotech space, with at least 5+ years working with wholesale/specialty distributors and specialty and retail pharmacies, specifically setting channel strategy and pulling through contracts Ability to build relationships and expand company's presence with channel partners, pharmacy customers, and service vendors In-depth knowledge of managed care and impact on product access Attention to detail and ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and vendors Strong oral and written presentation skills and executive presence Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Forecasting, channel and vendor management experience Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly visible and dynamic environment is critical; able to work effectively with ambiguity and incomplete information Ability to influence and lead across functions; operate in a matrix environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
